Mat-Based and Reformer Pilates
Move Better. Live Better
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact yet highly effective way to build strength, improve flexibility and develop greater body awareness. The controlled resistance of the Reformer helps activate and strengthen the deeper stabilising muscles, while supporting better posture, balance and movement patterns. Whether you’re looking to improve core strength, enhance mobility, tone and strengthen your body, or simply move with greater confidence.

One-to-One Sessions
At Form & Function, every new client begins with a personalised postural assessment, helping to identify areas of imbalance, tension and inefficient movement patterns. From there, your sessions are tailored to your individual needs, using controlled and precise Reformer and/or mat-based Pilates exercises to improve alignment, strengthen the muscles that support your spine and develop greater body awareness. By addressing how your body moves and functions, our 1:1 sessions can help you stand taller, move more efficiently and build strength, stability and confidence in your body.
Group Reformer Classes

Group classes provide a great opportunity to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance posture and develop better movement patterns, all while working at a pace that suits you. With expert guidance and a focus on technique and alignment, you’ll learn how to move with greater control, confidence and awareness — all while enjoying the energy and motivation of exercising alongside others.
