At various stages within the challenge you will be provided with tasks, tips and recipe ideas to maintain focus and encourage new eating habits. This challenge includes a group within which participants can communicate, share their experiences, inspire others and be inspired. All in all, this challenge is designed to promote greater physical and mental health and wellbeing over its month long duration.
