Nothing will work unless you do

It's not always easy to exercise alone. Trying to find the motivation can be tough. Group classes give you some much needed accountability. A dedicated time slot to exercise and a social environment to make it all the more enjoyable.

Classes are based in Holsworthy, Devon and Bude, Cornwall.  Whether it's HIIT Training, Resistance Bands, Stretching or Pole Fitness, the variety is there for you to find something you enjoy.

HIIT Training

High Intensity Interval Training is an intense form of training designed to push you to the limits using short periods of intense exercise, following by a less intense rest. 

Power of 15

A mix of fat burning, muscle toning and core strength. Broken down into three 15 minute concentrated sections, this class is aimed to burn body fat, shape & tone, and challenge that core!

Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are a great addition to your exercise regime and perfect alternative to using weights.  Light, portable and verstile, use them correctly and you are guaranteed an excellent workout.

Supple Strength

Supple Strength blends elements of Yoga, Pilates and body conditioning to build a challenging holistic workout. Engage your mind as well as your muscles, focusing on posture, core stability and body alignment.

Pole Fitness

Completely underestimated for the strength and skill involved, pole fitness is a great form of exercise giving you an all over workout and building confidence in the process.

Tuesday: 09:45 - 10:45 - Power of 15 (online)

Thursday: 18:00 - 18:45 - HIIT Training
