Service Description

A cardio workout in the comfort of your own home. Join live, or exercise at a time convenient for you. All participants will receive a recording of the class which will be available for that week. The Zoom link will be emailed to you ahead of the class, and a link for recording after the class has taken place. Please ensure you add my email addess as a trusted sender.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required to cancel or rescheudle a booking. Less than this will incur full class fee.
